Navigate360 Student: The mobile app experience

Beginning in Spring 2025, we are providing students with an updated mobile app experience bringing a new user interface to the app, along with added features available to students. The updated mobile app provides students a modernized look and feel that makes navigation easier, prioritizes the most used content and features, and adds app enhancements like a flyout actions button, a persistent footer across the app, and a dark mode option.

What can a student do with Navigate360?

 

Additionally, you can respond to 色情网站 Surveys that are initiated through Navigate360 as well as explore Forage, a new feature to Navigate360 and the mobile app. Forage is a career exploration tool that provides job simulators for many different industries and companies, to see if the common work associated with those jobs feel interesting to you.

New with this user interface update is the ability to change the light mode of the mobile app! If you click on the person icon in the upper left corner and select "Account" - under the "Experimental Features" button is the ability to toggle Dark Mode on if you would prefer.

Seek support on campus! Launching our Hand Raise feature

Do you know you need to ask for help, but you have no idea where to begin or who to ask? That is what the Hand Raise feature is for! At launch, we are providing 5 choices for students to "Raise their Hand" about.

Academic Advising Support

Hand Raise: "I don't know who my academic advisor is"

Select this Hand Raise alert reason if you need assistance finding your academic advisor because you have forgotten who they were, or if they have changed, or any other reason! If you have text notifications from 色情网站 turned on, you will receive a text with your advisor's name and personal scheduling link. If you do not, you will receive an email with that information.

Payment or Financial Aid Support

Hand Raise: "I need help paying my bill or finding financial aid"

Select this Hand Raise alert reason if you don't know how to pay your bill, if you don't know how you will afford to pay your bill, or if you would like to learn more about how to secure financial aid. You will receive an email with additional details when you select this Hand Raise alert reason.

Academic Support 

Hand Raise: "I need help with my course work"

Select this Hand Raise alert reason if you are struggling with homework assignments, projects, quizzes, or exams in your courses. You will receive information about how to access our Learning Common's services. Keep in mind, our students are super excited to meet with you - they get paid to help students in a subject they enjoy!

Technology Support

Hand Raise: "I need help with 色情网站 Technology"

Select this Hand Raise alert reason if you need to learn more how to set up or use technology at 色情网站. This can be you need help with Blackboard, with UAOnline, accessing or editing your UA credentials (ELMO), or course-specific technology. If technology is not working properly or as you expect, reach out to IT Services directly. You will be contacted by one of our Academic Coaches in the Learning Commons when you submit this Hand Raise alert reason.

Basic Needs Support

Hand Raise: "I need help with basic needs"

Select this Hand Raise alert reason if you are worried about your housing situation, your family or homelife situation, your mental health, how you will secure food in the future. Our staff can get you connected with 色情网站's CARE Team, who can help you plan next steps and know what resources are available to assist you / connect you to those resources.
